This service aims to connect sellers wishing to sell their pre-owned goods with buyers looking for valuable deals, all through the brokerage and supervision of our store to ensure a secure and professional experience for all parties.

### **1. Seller's Terms and Obligations**


By purchasing the "Used Item Display Service," the seller agrees to and confirms the following terms:


1. **Legal Ownership:** The seller declares that they are the legal and rightful owner of the product, that it is not stolen or involved in any legal disputes, and they assume full responsibility thereof.

2. **Information Accuracy:** The seller commits to providing accurate and complete information about the product, including its actual condition, approximate date of purchase, and any defects or issues.

3. **Identity Verification:** The seller agrees to provide the store's management with a clear copy of their valid official ID (National ID or Iqama) to verify their identity. This document will be kept strictly confidential by the management and is a prerequisite for listing the product.

4. **Proof of Ownership:** For high-value items or electronics, the store's management may request additional proof of ownership, such as the original purchase invoice or the product's original packaging.

5. **Agreement to Fees and Commission:** By purchasing the service, the seller agrees in advance to the fee and commission structure outlined in this policy.

### **2. Aleithar Market's Commitments**


1. **Professional Listing:** We are committed to displaying the product in the best possible way, either by using the photos provided by the seller after review or by photographing the item ourselves (depending on the service model).

2. **Marketing:** We work to market the product through our available channels (our store, social media) to increase its sales potential.

3. **Communication Management:** We handle all inquiries from potential buyers regarding the product.

4. **Secure Payment Brokerage:** We manage the payment process securely to protect the rights of both the seller and the buyer.

5. **Privacy Protection:** We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of the seller's personal information and not sharing it with buyers or any third party.

### **3. Service Models & Fees**


We offer two service models depending on the nature of the product:


**A) Physical Consignment Model (For Storable Items)**

* **Description:** We receive the item from the seller, then store, package, and ship it directly from our facility upon sale.

* **Ideal for:** Small electronics, phones, books, tools, etc.

* **Listing Fee:** **SAR 29** (one-time fee, paid upon service request).

* **Display Period:** **Two months (60 days)**.

* **Renewal Fee:** **SAR 15** to renew the listing for an additional two-month period, with the possibility of a price review.


**B) Virtual Brokerage Model (For Large Furniture & Appliances)**

* **Description:** The item remains at the seller's location. We handle the marketing, listing, and payment brokerage, while the buyer is responsible for inspecting and transporting the item from the seller's location.

* **Ideal for:** Furniture (sofas, bedroom sets), large home appliances (refrigerators, ovens).

* **Service & Inspection Fee:** **SAR 50 - 100** (one-time fee, depending on the product and its location).

### **4. Commission Fee Structure**


The following commission percentage applies to the final selling price for all products in both service models:

### **5. Sale, Payment, and Shipping Process**


1. The buyer pays the full price of the item to the store.

2. We hold the payment (escrow) and inform the seller that the payment has been made.

3. **For Model (A):** We ship the product directly to the buyer.

4. **For Model (B):** We coordinate the pickup of the item by the buyer from the seller.

5. After the buyer confirms successful receipt of the item, the net amount (selling price minus commission) is transferred to the seller within 3-5 business days.

### **6. Returns and Disputes Policy**


* As a general rule, used products sold through this service are **non-refundable and non-exchangeable**.

* The only exception is if the product's description in the store is **substantially different** from its actual condition as received by the buyer.

* In the event of a dispute, "Aleithar Market" will act as a mediator based on the documented evidence (original photos, videos, and description of the listing).
